Symptoms of any major head injury are loss of consciousness, vomiting, giddiness, severe headache, seizures, ear/nose bleed etc.
since you don't have major signs except headache i would advice to be in observation for 48 hrs from the time of injury.
Any other symptom occurs do visit the hospital immediate, if not continue cold compression over the swelling take pain killer like diclofenac 50mg or paracetamol 650mg twice daily to reduce the pain.
Do not take tramadol for pain as it might cause giddiness and vomiting which can overlap with head injury signs.
Make sure you don't have any pain over the neck
