How To Treat Head And Chest Congestion?

I have acute head and chest congestion I ve been using Benadryl and now I m on my second box with now a running nose and a deep mucus cough with only white mucus coming up. What else can I take. I have a prescription for Flonase but not sure if I can use it with the Benadryl

Flonase isn't needed at this point. If I was your treating physician I would like to prescribe you Azithromycin 500mg 1 tablet by mouth daily for 8days. Plus, Tablet Ibuprofen800mg twice daily. Plus tablet Benadryl ( you already have that) 1tablet daily. Plus OTC cough syrup 2TSF 3 times a day.
