How To Treat Hashimotos Thyroiditis?
I have Hashimotos thyroiditis, and am currently on medication (levirothyroxine 125 mcg) and feel that my current endo is aging and wanted to know the validity of diet and how it affects my fatigue and also high blood pressure and water retension...if that fits in and plays a role

Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the question and understand your concerns.
Diet and exercise don't have any effect on Hashimoto's hypothyroidism. If you decrease your weight significantly then you can decrease the dose.
