How To Treat Hand Numbness Along With Pins And Needle And Severe Pain?
First pins and needle in hands mostly fingers if touch elbow sensation shoot down arm to hand and fingers . Took medrol pack and did nothing with symtoms . Sometimes wake up with numbness in hands and when blood flows back to hands severe pain to hands and fingers. After taking medrol pack having numbness in my feet. I feel like I am going out of my mind with numbness in my hands .

Treatment includes
1. Medical drugs like pain killers - acetaminophen/ibuprofen and muscle relaxants might be helpful.
2. Methylcobalamin supplements are also recommended for nerve compression symptoms.
3. Hot fomentation helps in relieving acute symptoms.
