hi doctor. i had smoothed my hair last 4yrs back. now i m having hair lose and also at my crown portion near forehead im having baldness when i consult the doctor she gave me hair 4u which is 10% and some vitamin tablets too may i know how it helps and also how to use this lotion and what shampoo has to be used while using this lotion

As per my clinical experience, hair loss sounds to be in concern with possible deficiency of trace elements, vitamin E, selenium or else. Additional guidelines for better recovery:
- Consume balanced nutritious diet
- Avoid stress, anxiety
- Strictly avoid smoking and alcohol consumption if doing
- Protein rich shampoo for hair wash
- Control of blood sugar and pressure
- Regularly check for any dandruff issue and if present, get treated promptly
