Hi,

It may be seborrheic dermatitis. There may be itching and hair fall due to the disease. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. Stress might precipitate the disease. Apply lotion of mild steroid with salicylic acid on the scalp. Take antihistaminics like cetirizine. Take oral steroid like prednisolone in a tapering dose. Cleanse the scalp with ketoconazole shampoo. Avoid stress and worries.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
