How To Treat Hair Growth With Weight Gain?

Dear Doctor,
i am asking on behalf of my wife, she is 27 now and mother of two childrens elder one 7 yeras and second one is 1 year old, from the first delivery itself she is suffering hormone inbalancing & now it become on worst condition, hair growth and weight growth is the main probeloms we are facing now, please advice what kind of treatment we have to start, at present she is in India, Kerala, is there is any speciality treatment available there?

She has history of weight gain. It can be due to hypothyroidism. She should check her T3, T4 and TSH level. If there is high TSH then you need treatment.
