How To Treat Hair Fall In An 18 Months Old Baby Suffering From Eczema ?

Hi i have an 18 month old daughter that has eczema really really badd i wanted to know can it make her hair fall out because her hair has been falling out really badd.....i really need help can some one help me my baby is african american if that helps any:) thanking you in advance:)

some medicine taken for eczema can induce hairfall
is she taking any medicine for long time?
hoe her diet?
daily 50-80 hair are fall due to aging of hair,
check her HB level .

Eczema per say may not lead to hair fall...but it can be a indirect effect in the form of stress. As the baby is only 18 months old ,we should not worry too much ,but yes you have to rule out nutritional deficiency as well.One should check for serum iron level,haemoglobin level,serum zinc level etc.At this young age even protein deficiency can cause hair loss and thinning of hair. So, kindly consult a dermatologist who can help you with the proper diagnosis and treatment.
