How To Treat Gastritis?

I have been suffering from gastritis for almost a year now, I am presently under Ayurvedic medication since last 10 days.My problems are Feeling tired, Leg cramp while rest and sleeping, lots of gas formation, uneasyness after stul release for 10 minutes now earlier it was about an hour and doesn't feel satisfy .There is no substential change of weight for last two years, My blood test is OK for Vitamin B 12, D3, calcium, HB, SGPT

I really appreciate your concern, first of all in this case infection needs to be ruled out looking to the symptoms given here, it can be managed with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, if the symptoms remains as it is then stool needs to be sent for lab test and along with this routine test also needed, hope this information helps.
