Hi! You have four fibroids in different areas of uterus. The subserosal fibroid is rather small and due to its position, should not cause much concern to pregnancy. However, the other fibroids are fairly sized. They may not affect the growth of the baby but can affect the contractility of the uterus and may come in the way of the foetal passage during delivery requiring Caesarean Section.
Since the fibroids affect the contractility of the uterus, there is a risk of excessive bleeding after the delivery.
I feel, removal of these fibroids might make you more safe during and after your pregnancy. You may have to undergo Caesarean Section for delivery after the removal of fibroids.
