How To Treat Fever And Cough?

Hi Am Sunil and my son is having fever and cough from yesterday. I had given dolopar 250 doses 3 times till now. But still after 6 hours duration fever is coming, could you please suggest which medicine I can use now. He is 6 years old and approximate weight 20kg.
