Hello,

Most possible issue with this is underlying intestine upset with systemic manifestations as head sweating. Guidelines need to keep in mind as
- Do not compromise with hydration maintenance.
- Continue soft, light diet at intervals to prevent hypoglycemia.
- Keep your blood sugar and blood pressure under control.
- Maintain temperature chart of the body.
- Consult later doctor if required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
