Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am 40 yr old women and I have been dieting about 1200-1400 calories a day for about 4 months, the last 4 days I have felt very tired and stomach is upset. I am working out 5 days a week, but simply do not feel good. Also, need to know how to stop head sweating, I sweat while getting dressed etc in the morning and its getting annoying.....
Most possible issue with this is underlying intestine upset with systemic manifestations as head sweating. Guidelines need to keep in mind as - Do not compromise with hydration maintenance. - Continue soft, light diet at intervals to prevent hypoglycemia. - Keep your blood sugar and blood pressure under control. - Maintain temperature chart of the body. - Consult later doctor if required.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
