hi doctor, when i am doing sex ,my penis get short again i pull up and down my penis and again i intercourse in to vagina but after few seconds its comes down. i am doing masturbating with my hand and when semen is ready to come out i am putting it in to vagina.i have a doubt like can we have baby by doing in this manner ?

If you are able to masturbation and when you can get an erection during masturbation, then you don't have an organic problem. Your problem then could be psychological. I suggest counseling.
