Dear Dr. I am aged 63 now and am maintaining good health. With no problem except high BP and take one tablet daily - Azarrat...(Esi medicine). I have weak erection and also Premature ejaculation..Please suggest me the medicine to be used to have good sex with strong erection.

hello sir ,i understand your problem.As age increases erection also become less stronger.for patients visiting my clinic i prescribe tadalafil 10 mg once weekly for some time to improve sex life.but you should do regular exercise and take green salad and one banana daily to improve sex life.hope your query is solved now.
