How To Treat Erectile Dysfunction In Diabetics?

Thanks doctor. My question is about not getting enough information for a good erection. Last month, I went to my urologist and he injected 30cc into my penis and nothing happened. I am type II diabetic and sugar levels are not in good numbers. What would you advice me to do something about it. Thanks again doctor.

Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your anxiety.You should write your age and if on any other medication.Also,treatment for ED taken so far.
In uncontrolled diabetics,drugs don't work well.
It's advisable to get the diabetes well controlled and then take a medicine.
You must do regular one hour exercises daily and be strict with your diet.
Take diabetes medication as advised and check blood sugars as follows:
1.FBS, 2.PP2BS and 3.HbA1c.If well-controlled,then try sildenafil 50mg tab.
It should work more effectively. Wish you well.
