Hello,

Epigastric pain in your condition may be due to anxiety or stress. Which may induce palpitations and chest and epigastric pain.

Other possibilities like peptic ulcer disease or gastritis or irritable bowel syndrome etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use tablet pantoprazole. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Do regular exercise and yoga.
