I'm 42 years old.. My prolaktin counting is 2645.. I'm not pregnant, my children age 15 and 19.... How can I treat my high prolaktine... 4 years ago the doctors found a little tumor in a glan and they told me thats why my prolactin is so high... Hello,
Good day.
You may have to do MRI pituitary to see the size of pituitary mass. Do you have any vision problems ?
You should take Cabergoline for few years. If the tumor shrinks completely, we may be able to stop the tablet after 2 years of continuous use. If the tumor doesn't shrink or if you have any vision problems, then you may need surgery
