Dear service user,
Thank you for writing to Healthcaremagic.
I got your question and understand that you are in apprehension of premature ejaculations. You feel that masturbation will cause premature ejaculation.
However, it has been believed by several experts that some masturbation practices cause one to 'learn' ejaculate soon. For example, when boys masturbate in group, there is often 'race to ejaculate faster'. Masturbation is done in privacy and one often have concern 'to finish it fast' for fear of breach in privacy. So one's mind learns to ejaculate soon unconsciously. This does not apply to all. So don't be in apprehension about premature ejaculation. Just go ahead with marriage.
Following strategies, in combination often help to delay the climax.
1. Stop-start technique of behavior therapy.
2. Female on top with active role.
3. Double condom
4. Medicines like Fluoxetine 20 mg day or Paroxetine CR 25 mg per day.
(To be taken under medical supervision only)
5. Pelvic muscle strengthening exercise. (As if try to hold urine intermittently during voiding)
6. Penile squeeze technique applied at the point of ejaculatory inevitability.
7. Applying a local anesthetic ointment to glans penis prior to penetration.
I hope this will help you.
Last thing, apart from this, remember that SEX is ONE part of marriage. Married life is not all SEX. There are lots of other SIGNIFICANT dimensions of marriage.
Wish you good sex life ahead.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this is very long myth that masturbate can cause the sexual life disturbances but this is not true at all, because what ever symptoms that you have is due to functional disorders only and not due to masturbate so forget this, and try to be normal one no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care, and have a nice day.
