How To Treat Dry,itchy Skin Rash?

Hi my boy had a rash it started out on his groin where underwear had been sitting, he also had a few mosquito bites, we thought it was fleas. It has now gone over body some of it is clumped in large areas others are small. He is itchy with it but not ugly irritated. It also now looks as if its a bit dry. notice tonight its on top of his feet too. he has had it for a week now

Hi,

I have gone through your query.
Rash you have mentioned is suggestive of infection may be bacterial or fungal. Fungal is more common this area and they itch a lot. I advise you to use triple ointment like Lobate GM or Terbiforce plus for local application.
Antihistamine like Levo-cetrizine can be taken to reduce the itch.
Oral antifungal like fluconazole can be taken weekly.
Maintain proper hygiene of the area.
