How To Treat Dry Skin On Penis Shaft And Itching On Scrotum?
Hi, ive been having problems with my penis for about 5 days now and its just now easing on the irritation. But my penis shaft is dry and is cracking, kind of looks like cuts and has kind of shiny smooth skin thats peeling, i cant peel it because it tears off new skin and start to bleed a little so i try not to. Also my scrotum and under-side is extremely itchy almost unbearable. When i itch it,it feels good but then starts to enflame it. Also its a little shiny around the pee-hole. Please help.
