Hi my 15 year old son clashed heads in a rugby union game yesterday and at the same time was impacted on his nose by someones elbow. He had a nose bleed and dizziness but refused to go to the doctors. He has rested and 24 hours later is still saying he feels a little dizzy and has little traces of blood in his phlegm when he sniffs. He also has a black eye caused by the impact.
