How To Treat Dizziness And Headache?
Lately when i lie down at night i feel fine until i turn my head to the right, then i get a dizzyness and the whole room is spinning. No other time i have felt like this nor do i have any other signs, unless i turn my head while lying flat on my back. Also feel a slight headache afterwards.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptom could be due to vertigo and it can be due to vestibular dysfunction if I would be doctor of this case then I would treat this condition with Tab Betahistine 8 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
