How To Treat Discomfort In Clavicle Region?

Starting last night I have been feeling a really strange feeling right under my clavicle (mostly on the right side), but every so often on the left. I wish I could explain the feeling, it isn't really a tightness, but it is uncomfortable and I am wondering if you have ever heard of something similar.

I think it is most probably a spasm of neck muscle. I would suggest you to take muscle relaxant like Myoril and Diclofenac gel application. I would also suggest you to take warm water fomentation.
