Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Physiotherapy, back muscle strengthening exercises, muscle relaxants, NSAIDs and neurotropics will be helpful in your case. For such condition in my patients I would recommend taking NSAIDs like aceclofenac, muscle relaxants like tizanidine and neurotropic drugs like pregabalin. I also send them to physiotherapy along with this. Physiotherapic procedures like TENS or diathermy will be helpful. Wearing lumbar supporting belts also is helpful. Even after this there is no improvement then surgical treatment can be considered. A consultation with an orthopedician and physiotherapist is well appreciated.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
