ok hello i have middle back pain a pressure with flatulence belching its foulsmelling and stomachpain also diarreah or loose stools

but the nagging backpressure is always there the belching and stomachpain too .im at the point were im afrad to eat or drink

*It us gastrointestinal infection by virus/bacteria.
*Take necessary precautions at home & you will be fine
- maintain hydration by plenty of liquids preferably boiled water, coconut
water,green tea, coffee, butter milk, lemon juice etc.
- avoid all oily / spicy / nonveg stuffs / beverages
- have light diet with rice, yoggurt, cereals , pulses
- avoid prolong fasting / overeating
- in our clinic we recommend certain Proton pump inhibitors with antibiotics
and Pre-pro biotics according to the assessment & clinical severity of the
condition
- avoid smoking / alcohol
