Hello,
It is very important for you to keep continuing your anti diabetic as well as blood pressure medicine, otherwise they both will become out of control.
It is very important to understand that it is uncontrolled diabetes and uncontrolled blood pressure which damages the kidney. It is better for you not to pay any attention to what your Ayurvedic doctor is saying.
For your skin problem you must consult a dermatologist.
Thanks
