How To Treat Depression?

Hi, I'm a 15 year old girl. Ever since 6 months, I've been feeling extremely weak and tired. I used to think it was coz of my laziness, but no, it isnt. My health has only grown worse. I feel a sort of internal fever, my palms become warm and I feel really really weak but the thermometer only shows a low grade fever. The fever comes up and goes down by itself. I can hear a buzzing sound in my ear at times (its tinnitus I think). Also, at just 15 years of age, some of my hair has turned white (20 strands or something?) Consulted a doctor two months ago, he couldnt diagnose and said it was due to depression. None of the doctors have been able to diagnose till now. It isnt some viral fever coz I've been on medications which didnt work. I swear its worse than I can describe. What could this possibly be?

HI
Thanks for using healthcare magic

Low mood, lazziness, sleep disturbance, low appetite etc are symptoms of depression. Sometime, such symptoms may possible with viral or bacterial infection, but If you have above symptoms for last six months, that means, you have underline depression. In that case, you need antidepressant. Better to consult a psychiatrist for proper diagnosis and management.
