General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

If there is cramps in legs, arms, chest and back then there could be chances of electrolyte imbalance in the blood with gastric upset.

Also, let me know if you have any abdominal pain or diarrhea or fever in recent times or any medications you are taking.

It might be due to food poisoning means bacteria containing toxins which irritates our gastrointestinal system causing electrolyte imbalance and fluid loss.

You should be monitored for vitals signs like pulse, blood pressure etc.

You can take plenty of water with lemon juice (added salt),coconut water or WHO oral rehydration solution.

Also, continue to take potassium pills but gym workouts should be stopped for 5 to 7 days or till your cramps subside.

Consult physician if symptoms remain persistent.

Regards,
