How To Treat Cough And Cold?

Sir,
My daughter (3yrs 10 months old) is having cough and cold continuous for 3 months took her to the physician advised to do x ray and cbc . both done it shows normal. given ref to ENT specialist. he checked her and advised
nasal spray flomist (fluticasone propionate aqueous nasal spray) 1puff BD and cetirizine 4.5 ml BD for 30days. is it safe for her to take both medicine for 30days?

The symptoms and the prescription she received suggests that she is suffering from allergic rhinitis. Don't worry. These medicines are safe and good treatment for the condition. I would also recommend to start her on montelukast for 1-2 months. It will help in improving her allergic tendency and cough.
