How To Treat Constipation?
I am suffering from constipation ( hard stool ) & therefore hemmerroids & fissures since last one month after taking FAS 3 KIT for some vaginal infection. My fathers hospitalization added to the stress & increased condition. I took Daflon 500 for 5 days twice a day & duphalac 2 bottles of 200 ml till now. I also got pinworms (Itchy & ticklish feeling in the night & some times even during day)2 weeks back for which i took 4 tablets of zentel. my piles & fissures problem seems to be better though not cured. but am feeling the itchy bottom again at nights. my GP says i cant repeat the zentel so soon. has just prescribed siloderm cream. i cant wait for 6 weeks to repeat the course. help

hi ...if your prblm is constipation then you can have luekwarm water daily one glass in morning with empty stomach.this will help you in normal bowel.once constipation problem is sloved you wont have hemmerroids..one of the reason for hemmerroids is hard stool which injures soft lining of anal ....try with this
