I m 32 weeks pregnant and for the past couple of weeks I have been constipated and struggling to use the bathroom and yesterday I started having bad gas pains and some dull back pain off and on and and loose bowel movements and chunk white discharge I feel come out of my vagina as I push to pass bowels. Do not worry so much.

Constipation during pregnancy is common and especially during 3rd trimester.
Try to ward off pregnancy-related constipation by improving your eating and exercise habits.

Eat a high-fibre diet including fruits and vegetables.

Try to avoid drinks such as tea, coffee and junk foods which make you constipated more often.

Staying active and exercising will help to prevent constipation.

Drink at least 1.5 litres of water daily and start your day with a cup of warm water with a slice of lemon before you have anything else to eat or drink.

Kindly follow these advice.

All the best & take care.
