Hi , My son is three weeks old. Starting today I noticed when I fed him , The milk would come out of he s nose. I think he s constipated also I seen no sign of bowel movement s. Should I take him to the hospital ? I don t want to go and get sent home . I know there gonna say they can t do anything cause he still a baby. Please help
The milk coming out of his nose is because there is a link between the mouth and the nasal passage, it does not mean that there is any problem with in.
If there is only one day with no bowel movement then you can monitor for at least another day unless he is in distress. If it continues then you should take him to his doctor for assessment.
I hope this helps
