How To Treat Constipation And Anal Fissure?
Hi, Doctor actually i m suffering from constipation from last 4 years. And i try so many gastro doctors like PN tiwari and SK yadav but i didnt get relief and from previous 2 months i found blood on after stool. And now from 4 days i suffer from Anal Fissure its give to much pain while stool. Please doctor help me and suggest me something.

I have gone through your query and being your phyiscian i completely understand your health concerns.
what s ur age and sex? for how long u are sufferring fro it? do u have pain while defecating?
In my opinion u need to be examined by a surgeon for definitive diagnosis first. as far as empiric therapy is concerned you should use
SYP. DUPHALAC 35ml at night after this 15ml three times day after meal
GTN cream .5% use per rectally four times a time
TAB. nise 100mg Two times a day.
this is emipric treatment of anal fissure if u are having red blood with pain during defecation.
if problem persists then meet ur surgeon for proper management
meanwhile stay calm and avoid spicy food. use regular isphaghol husk daily ..
