How To Treat Constant Burping ?

hi i ve been having constant burping and at times nausea for the past 1 and half year. the burping starts as soon as i get up and continues through out the day. it happens even if i eat food. this has gotten worse from before. previously i used to get a lot of heartburns but it is somehow less now. i d appreciate your help and suggestions on this. thank you!

Dear- you are experimenting gastroesophageal reflux and that produces burping. The first step is to eat a heathy diet,avoid spicy food,chocolates and fat which can stimulate the acid production of the stomach and give you more symptoms.You need to eat and avoid to go to sleep just after this, wait at least 2 hours and sleep with your head elevated,this will help that you wont't have a lot of reflux at night. Avoid soda which produces a lot of gas and burping.
