I can understand your concern for treat clogged hair pores and improve hair strength. Hair fall can be due to any long term illness or any emotional or stressful event and due to nutritional deficiency.
If I were your dermatologist then would have prescribed you tablet containing Acetylcysteine, Calcium Pantothenate, Selenium, Zinc, Biotin, Copper as active ingredients. You can take these vitamins in the form of biotin, calicium pantothenate and other vitamin B complexes.
Additionally increase you protein intake on daily basis and eat sprouts. Eat a lot of green leafy vegetables and sprouts which contains vitamins and minerals necessary for normal hair function.
You can continue with ketoconazole shampoo for the clogged pores and is quite effective in the treatment of the same.
Take care.
