How To Treat Chronic Pain And Soreness In Middle Of Back?
i have had a a chronic pain for over 12 years in the middle of my back. it only comes after exersing...once my breathing slows down the pain goes away but still sore....the pain has gotten worse over the years to where i dont work out anymore...i use to run track and play basketball...but because of this i dont even run anymore...help...
Kindly follow the following and let me know how you feel after a week so that I can guide you further.
1) When you sleep always put a woolen flannel on your aching area and sleep. 2) Avoid aerated soft drinks like Coca Cola, Pepsi etc and also fast foods. 3) Use Magnetic hip belt ie not on empty stomach and full stomach. Put the belt on your pain area for 15 minutes atleast twice a day. do not drink water or liquid items 45 minutes before and after the treatment. 4) Never keep your stomach empty. It is preferred that you eat every 3 hours bit by bit.
