How To Treat Chronic Dry Eye Syndrome?

I have continued to have a serious case of Chronic dry eye syndrome. Nothing helps my eyes. I've had tubes put in my lower lids, I've been prescribed every eye drop available and everything over the counter, I even sleep with CDE goggles. Now I am feeling achey, exhausted and not up to performing my job. I just turned 59....how do I find a doctor in the area who can help me? my Family doctor said my orgens level was 7.5

If dry eye is the only problem, then rule out pjogren's syndrome. If nothing is working then you can go for sealing of puctum for retaining of tear.
