How To Treat Chronic Cramps?

I have suffered with IBS for 48 long and miserable years. My problem is the horrific cramping on get every morning of my life. I can t understand why these cramps are so insidious since I never get diarrhea. I ve had a colonoscopy where I had a tiny polyp removed. Everything else was ok. I stay away from milk products, soy, and eggs and watch my diet (I m 5 ft. 4 in. and 122 lbs.) But the cramps are never ending. Is there anything natural like cramp bark or slippery elm that I can take? My daughter also has IBS. Thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
IBS is not the pure form of pathological process but this is functional condition and if you go on investigating this every test would come unremarkable, try some relaxation therapy, meditation, yoga, "Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide can be tried" one tab three times in day, hope this information helps, take care.
