How To Treat Chest And Arm Pain?

hi doctor, i am 25 years old, i am having right sided chest pain soon after smoking and after consuming alcohol, but i have stopped smoking 1 year back, but when i will have one or two puffs occasionally, the pain occurs. The pain starts in the middle of the right chest and radiates to right shoulder and arm, and hand sometimes will go numb, i did not undergo any tests till now. In addition, i am also having frequent burning sensation when urinating and some acidity. i would be grateful for your suggestions.
