How To Treat Chapped Lips And Swollen & Sore Pimple On The Lower Lip?

Hi,

The weather changed here recently and has become very cold and dry. My lips became extremely chapped, to the point that they bleed without lip chap on, I also have little red bumps along the bottom of my lip now. Furthermore, I have grown a pimple or something on the right lower lip. It's swollen and sore. I have never had a cold sore before, am in a 3 year long relationship, and haven't used foreign utensils recently. It's quite painful and embarrassing because it looks and feels gross

Hi,
From history it seems that due to bad cold weather you might got cracked lips and now got infected giving rise to swelling, bleeding and sore.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
Avoid going in cold weather for few days.
Ok and take care.
