Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern....

As per your complain small bumps over the palate can be due to many conditions like Mild allergic reaction to certain food and regular intake can lead to persistent bumps..
Other reason can be chronic sinus or throat infection which can also cause small bumps over the palate..
It can also be due to Herpes Virus infection leading to formation of small clustered bumps..
Eating very hot food or use of any concentrated mouthwashes or gargles can also cause small bumps due to thermal or chemical injury to the mucosa..
You need to consult an oral physician and get evaluated and after proper clinical examination only there can be correct diagnosis made and can be treated accordingly..
As of now you can do warm saline gargles and maintain a good oral hygiene..

Hope this information helps..
