How To Treat Bulky Uterus?

My wife has had a ultrasound of lower abdomen and diagnosed with mild bulky uterus with endometrium thckness of 19mm on the 12th day of present cycle. what we need to do, she has been having regular periods but of late finding leavyness in lower abdomen

There is nothing to do. A bulky uterus is not dangerous or a sign of reduced fertility.
