HI, I am in my foliclie study 9th day, an the result is Uterus : uterus is anteverted and measures 6.80*4.26*3.28 cm. Endometrical and myometric al echeos appear normal. Right ovary 4.42*4.10*2.96 vol 28.1ml left ovary 4.56*3.86*2.62 vol 24.1ml both ovaries appears and bulky with multiplr peripherally arranged follicles and echogenic stroma - bilateral poly cyst ovaries day 3 and 9 right and left ovary follicle shows as MSF and the endometrical thickness is 4.5mm and 6.1mm thickness simultaneausly Please advise me on my results Meenu

Your problem is pcod.
check your hormonal level ON DAY 2 FSH,LH,THROID PROFILE.PROLACTIN, AND SERUM INSULIN FASTING AND POSTPRANDIAL.
THESE test will reveal the sevearity of pcod.
if it is severe you need laparoscopic ovarian drilling.
first you can try clomiphene citrate for ovulation induction.
consult your infertility specialist to solve ypur problem.
you have reduce your weight to improve pcod.
