Bulimia is called when persons eats a lot at at a time and feels he/she have eaten a lot so try to expel it with self inducing vomiting or laxative. generally their weight is normal or on higher side. But laxatives or self inducing vomiting creates the problem. As both causes indigestion of food, loss of important vitamins and minerals from food and ultimately improper nutrition to body which ultimately affect the health. For bulimia you can consult psychiatrist or psychologist. You need counselli9ng regarding maintaining your lifestyle, food habit,, sleeping habit , stress in life and if needed proper physical examination to rule out any physical problem.
