Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have bad breath which is known as halitosis. It occurs due to two main reasons . First of all due to dry mouth which leads to dehydration and secondly it is due to bacterial infection of oral cavity and debris accumulation. Maintain oral hygiene. Do brushing and flossing two times a day. Rinse mouth with antimicrobial mouth wash such as Listerine. Avoid tobacco, alcohol consumption. Visit dentist, periodontist once and get scaling and cleaning of teeth done to prevent any microbial accumulation. drink plenty of water. Stop taking spicy and sharp food substances.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Take a good care of your health. Get Well soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
