How To Treat Bad Bed Sore In The Elderly?

Hello - The question is about treating bad bed sore.... My father aged 83 years old is having bed sore and we need immediate medial treatment and the problem is that he is unable to walk and we need someone to come home to dress up the wound and suggest treatment mechanism

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Bed sores are pressure ulcers.
2. Moving your father/ changing positions at regular intervals will reduce further ulcers.
3. Sterile dressing and avoiding pressure in that area will heal wound faster. Delay can be due to infection and uncontrolled diabetes.
