How To Treat Anal Pain?

I have a feeling like an ant is biting my anus what could this be. I also have had red blood when passing stools earlier in the week however this was after a big night partying at a wedding. I have also been feeling like i am lacking energy as well lately

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the things as you are thinking but it seems to be pruritus ani and it is happening due to thread worm infestation, second it could be anal fissure in both of these condition need to be differentiated and for that clinical examination and lab test of stool is necessary hope this information helps.
