Hello. I have an itchy penis shaft. I haven't had sex for well over a year. I am not active physically, I do not wear underwear, mostly loose clothes due to my weight, sweats, athletic shorts, loose fitting jeans. My penis has recently shrivelled to the size of an inch or so, although circu,sized, it still has a lot of skin around the head when I urinate. I have tried Calydryl, the itch stops, but it slightly burns, but not to the extent of pain.
