ive bin complaining about itching around the vulva, and waking up this morning, she found out that the lower part of the labia minora is swollen but she has been using clotrimazole cream since the itching started, what might be the cause and hw can it be treated

I think that the condition of your can be due to fungal infection, so start antifungal tablets like itraconazole 200 weekly for 4 weeks along with it start tablet levocetizine 10 mg at night for 14 days.
