Hi dear
welcome to the HCM
Recurrent Upper respiratory tract infections are quite common. some times more than six times in a year.
Regular mouth wash gargles by antiseptics help in reducing the repeated infections.
Nasal decongestant local drops will reduce the size of adenoids, up to some extent giving some relief in breathing.
Oral antihistaminc and decongestant drug also reduce the symptoms.
Many times antibiotics are also required depending upon the evidence of infections.
If the adenoids are too big and causing significant obstruction then they should be removed by the ENT surgeon.
Rich protein diet.
Oral hygiene maintenance.
Multivitamin and iron supplementation will also improve the immunity.
Hope the query is answered.
thanks
